WHAT can be returned?
All unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery date with customer to pay any return shipping costs. Any product inspected by our returns department and found to be opened and or used will incur all return shipping costs and the item will be returned to the original customer.

Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law

CREDIT for returns?
Any item found to be faulty within the 2 year warranty period will be returned to LumenPro for inspection and replacement item will be sent out accordingly.

Unopened items to be returned in original packaging and warranty claim items to be packaged in a manner not to damage goods further.
